The gap can mean expected sleep, a coverage gap, a platform delay, a dead SIM, a cut battery, a failed device, interference, or theft. Without evidence, your team must guess. A wrong guess costs a field dispatch. A slow guess costs the asset.

Evidence, with counterevidence

Each hypothesis shows what supports it, what contradicts it, and what the system could not read. Unknown is a valid, safe outcome. The system does not guess.

The priority shows its factors by name. There is no hidden score. High-impact decisions need two people: the proposer and a different approver.

Reports that reproduce

Every report carries its denominators, its exclusions, and an integrity hash. The same input makes the same report, byte for byte.

The system does not act on the world.

It cannot repossess a vehicle, immobilise a vehicle, contact a borrower, change a credit state, or dispatch a recovery. It produces probabilistic operational leads from third-party data and device telemetry. Priority is decision support only. Your authorized process controls every field, borrower, immobilization, credit, and recovery action.

The engine is open source (AGPL-3.0). The wire format is an open specification (Apache-2.0). A closed-source platform can implement the format without restriction. You can read every rule that judges your data.
